Six intense special underglazes specifically formulated for Cone 06-05 (1855°-1911° F, 1013°-1044° C) in oxidation and raku firings -- with or without a clear glaze. Sun Strokes Underglazes have a gloss finish even when fired without the clear glaze. Therefore, if they are applied on the bottom of the piece, they must be stilted when fired or they will stick to the kiln shelf.
